Members also have access to some pre-sales, helping you to secure seats for your favourite artist, comedian, or show, before the general public. You’ll also have a brochure mailed direct to your door, before anyone else.

FAQs

How long does my membership last?

Memberships are valid for a year from the purchase date. You will be sent a reminder about renewing when you have two weeks left on your membership.

How do I access local benefits?

All our local benefits can be accessed by showing your membership account at restaurants and bars, or, for hotels, by using promo codes to book in advance.

How do I get 10% off parking?

For members, if you are signed into your account, discount will be automatically added to checkout when you purchase a car parking space. Please note, car parking spaces must be booked in advance and discount will not be given on the gates.

How will I have access to pre-sales?

We send out an on-sale email each week detailing any new shows and, if they have pre-sales, you will be given a link and time from which you can access this to get your seats first! Please note, members must be logged into their accounts to access pre-sale links.

How do I access ticket discounts?

All our current offers can be found here. Members can get up to two discounted tickets per show and they are added automatically at checkout so long as a member is logged in. This is only on select shows.
