Essential companion scheme
Customers who require assistance to attend performances can apply for our scheme to receive a free companion ticket.

Dedicated seating areas
The hall can accommodate up to 10 wheelchair users for most performances, with positions in the right circle or flat stalls. For fully standing performances, a raised platform is available.
Bookings must be made with our box office, please inform them if you or a member of your party requires these areas.

Assistance
If you need assistance to access your seats or require use of a transit wheelchair on the night of a performance, please contact our box office in advance of your visit and they will assist you.

Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcomed. Our front of house team do offer a dog sitting service if required but must be booked in advance.

Accessible toilets
The hall has three accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility. The Changing Places toilet is open at the hall to anyone with profound disabilities and who needs additional space and support for changing. The room contains a hoist, an adjustable changing bed, a toilet and an adjustable wash basin – with enough space around for carers and mobility vehicles.
A radar key is required to access these facilities; please speak to a member of our front of house team if you don’t have your own key.

Relaxed and signed performances
Relaxed and British Sign Language interpreted performances are invariably available for week-long shows and our family pantomime, they will be identified in our season brochure and on the individual show page.

Visiting the hall in advance
If it would be beneficial for you to visit the hall in advance of booking or attending a performance, then we are happy to accommodate. Please book your visit in advance with box office as not all areas of the hall are readily available and a member of our team will need to accompany you.

Drop off and pick up point
This is available at the front entrance to the hall, off Granville Road. Just speak to the member of our front of house team positioned on the main gate.

Hearing loop
Customers using a hearing aid with a ‘T’ switch can collect a receiver and loop from box office. These are available on a first come, first served basis.

Brochure
Our season brochure is available in large print and audio CD and is issued three times a year. A braille brochure is available at our box office. Please contact our box office to request a copy in an alternative format or to be added to our mailing list to receive these.
