Casual Box Office Assistant

Would you like to work in one of the Leicester’s best live entertainment venues?

Join us to be a part of a welcoming and friendly team. You’ll work in a busy, fast paced environment to be the first customer service point of contact for our patrons. You will be helping customers over the phone or in person to book their tickets and answering general enquiries. Shifts may be during the day and evening, from Monday to Sunday.

Volunteer as an usher

Volunteer and get a taste of what it is like to work in a live entertainment venue. Volunteer ushers provide an invaluable and greatly appreciated service. The role involves meeting and greeting visitors, assisting customers to their seats, selling show programs and much more.
